This client contacted us needing a solution to a subsidence issue and needed storm water and sewer management. After a site meeting, the client was able to plan an efficient project and get a proposal through to the council.

We helped the client navigate the consent process. Providing solutions when the council required additional information.

We find working with clients in this stage of the project helps to speed up the project and is included in our service.

Waihi

Partial septic tank lid collapse.

This was an interesting case where part of an old septic tank lid collapsed inside the tank.

The easiest option is to buy a new custom made lid at a significant cost.

Our workable solution was to pour a new lid onsite with reinforcing for a long term and more affordable option. we were also able to make a custom access lid for future cleaning and maintenance.

As we had managed to save the client so much on the lid option he was able to use the savings to install a bio filter.

A bio filter helps prolong the life of the irrigation trench.

Judea

Cutting in a junction on a 100mm drain for a new connection for a bathroom renovation.

Removing old Clay pipes (earthenware) and installing a new toilet connection, we can cut and connect to these without spreading dust.

A small job on a residential property that was able to be completed quickly and efficiently.
